EIMT: Academic Calendar Important Dates and Policies

• Financial Assistance Priority Deadline: All documentation should be submitted and the student should register for the coming term to be eligible for financial aid. Missing this deadline may delay the disbursement of aid and student refunds.
• Student Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date when financial aid disbursements are posted to a student's account.

• Onset of the Course Term: Registered students shall be able to access the courses at least 48 hours prior to the official commencement of each term.
• Grading: Faculty must submit grades a week after the term is completed. Official grades will appear on the transcript of the students afterwards.
• Degree Conferral: Degrees are conferred within 30 days after final grades are posted for the last term. Graduation occurs in the term when all degree requirements are met unless an extension is requested.
• Course Name Confirmation: Students must confirm their certificate/degree name through the student portal at least 30 days prior to the end of the graduation term to ensure the name will be printed correctly.
