Team Description

Growth marketing Analytics charter is to provide a deep understanding of the growth opportunities across business areas such as Paid Channels, CRM platforms, customers, products and categories. We are organized as the following core teams to drive our key 2022 priorities: 1) Channel and CRM Analytics 2) Incrementality and Attribution 3) Data Science 4) Product Analytics 5) Category Growth to develop Data layers, Automated and Self-serve dashboards, Insights and Recommendations, Data science models and frameworks.

We always work backwards with a growth mindset and have a ruthless prioritization which will help us drive projects which are impactful, urgent and important. Our focus would be always to move our business teams.

We are looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and highly motivated data analyst to help create data backed insights that will drive growth for the respective business areas The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. The candidate will be comfortable in executing repeatable processes.
