• Engage in the process of development, such as conceptualisation and design developments for optoelectronic devices
• Conduct feasibility case studies for the drafting of technical proposals to various key accounts to ensure the scope of the projects are delivered to the customer's needs and requests
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure prototypes are applicable to the customer's requirement
• Examine product application and tolerance analysis to ensure product's compatibility before mass production

The Successful Applicant

• Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree of Science in Optical Engineering, Applied Optics, Applied Physics or Engineering Physics
• Min. 2 years of relevant R&D process experiences, all of which preferably obtained within a manufacturer
• Candidate should have relevant knowledge or exposure to imaging optical system and non-imaging optical system design
• An individual who is proactive and passionate in the development of products
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the title of Research Engineer
