Roles & Responsibilities:

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in an iterative manner

· Gather, evaluate, and understand business requirements. Develop data science solutions to address business requirements and challenges.

· Should be able to successfully build pipelines & models.

· Should guide & lead the team. Coordinate with other teams effectively in integration & development.

· Should have good product understanding and work with stakeholders & product team in building use-cases.

· Decision-making skills.

· Should be skilled in deploying models in production & monitor them proactively.

· Extract and Analyze text data by utilizing appropriate analytics techniques (e.g. NLP, Machine Learning, Neural Nets, Clustering, transfer learning, deep learning), build graphs, and generate actionable insights.

· Utilize proven skills and knowledge, to provide troubleshooting and timely resolution of models and performance issues.

· Hands-on experience & understanding in building NLP systems from scratch using various NLP frameworks/tools.

· Strong understanding of linguistic concepts like Part of Speech, Name Entity Recognition, Dependency Parsing, Parsing, Shallow Parsing, and so on. Solr or ELK search experience is a must.

· Hands-on with Python and NLP-related frameworks (Spacy, Core NLP, Gensim, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, hugging face ).

· Experience with complex RNN / LSTM / Encoder-Decoder deep learning architectures.

· Experience in building and deploying BERT-family models, Transformer architecture, GPT-3, LSTMs, CRFs, Distributed model training, Model diagnostics, error analysis, etc.

· Data-driven, with demonstrable rigor in test and training data. Proactive and passionate to build things.

· Experience with Version Control (like git, bitbucket). AWS & docker-ization Experience is a must.

· Strong communication skills. Effectively communicate, and create documents and processes as needed.
