Mandatory Skill
2 years of Experience in Web application support.
Application Support troubleshooting knowledge needed.
Knowledge on IIS is an added advantage.
Experience in SQL queries (Basic)
Involves working in 24/7 rotational shift (should be willing to work in night shift)
Must have Good knowledge in spoken and written English
Minimum of 1– 3 years progressively responsible experience, demonstrating in-depth working knowledge with a broad range of Applications as Support personnel and with customer service experience
Good Production Control literacy
Strong demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Have good understanding in infrastructure technologies like (Windows Servers, Middle-ware, and Linux, Networking, etc.)
Basic knowledge of IIS, Batch scripting,
Job Description:
Trouble shoot and provide support to customer on Applications developed on Microsoft Technologies
Trouble shoot IIS and web hosting related issue
Basic troubleshooting of issues pertaining to Windows and Linux servers.
Have Database knowledge with writing Database queries required to complete the Job.
Strong documentation, reporting, excellent communication skills and active listening
