    Job Description :

    What will you work on?

    As the e-Commerce Merchandise Analyst, you will support Spin Master’s online growth categories with a focus on major online retailers (Amazon, Mytoys...). Your focus is to deliver best in class ECom experiences across sites, partnering with sales, supply chain, and brands team ensure timely publishing of all items and accountability for complete and accurate product information. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are relentless at testing and learning to drive share of voice, rankings and ultimately sales. Ultimately your goal will be to ensure each of your online retailers provide a great consumer experience, while supporting our sales and brand objectives.

    How will you create impact?

    • Work with sales and brand teams to support seasonal and annual growth plans.
    • Provide support to develop, standardise, and execute the best in class e-commerce executions in collaboration with colleagues from sales, marketing and shared service center .
    • Work with both internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure all , complete and ready to be received by the retailer in conjunction with inventory being received or launch date.
    • Execute Item set-up in each online retailers’ platform.
    • Measure customer KPIs on an ongoing basis, establishing a short insight-to-action process to quickly adapt and optimize activities.
    • Work with the eCommerce team and other account managers to identify opportunities and develop digital activations.
    • Assist and provide the required Ad Hoc reporting including post-mortem reporting for ecom POS sales.
    • Assist and support Sales Leads with Commercial Planning activities related to product assortment strategy and promotional planning.

    What are your skills and experience?

    • Comprehensive knowledge of major eCommerce eco-systems (Amazon), with a proven record of hands on experience working within Vendor Central.
    • Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints and across multiple cross functional teams/departments.
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (ie Excel and PowerPoint) applications and profitero
    • Expertise in transforming a strategy and vision into actionable plans
    • Technical understanding of internet technologies
    • Strong attention to detail, organized
    • Strong communication, Presentation and Collaborative skills
    • Strong data analytics, reporting, business modeling & forecasting skills
    • Ability to interpret data and draw conclusions
    • Ability to adapt to changing systems, forms, and standards
    • Open to working in an ambiguous environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related eCommerce field required; MBA an asset
    • Minimum 2+ years prior experience in eCommerce merchandising at mass retailers or DTC, preferably with a toy, retail or consumer products company
    • Success with implementing and maintaining Digital/eCommerce systems
    • Knowledge in Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, or Merchandising
    • SAP Experience
    • Understands basic supply chain management and logistics fulfillment business operations
