Job Description :

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Setting up the discovery of the issue, perform detailed analysis on data stored in relational and non-relational data bases.
• Create and execute SQL queries to manipulate and dissect large scale employee data sets, apply data management techniques to normalise data schemas and build data structures for aggregating employee payment outcomes
• You will drive accurate data analysis, validate findings, and provide verified outcomes that will lead to successful rectification of various vulnerable issues identified by the business
• You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, develop solutions and drive implementation including measures to improve performance.
