Job Description :

Design and Develop

Responsible for designing, researching, and developing insightful anchor cases. Build models, model monitoring systems and evaluation metrics in machine learning and deep learning areas using best of the algorithms suited for a given use case.

ML/Data Analysis Techniques: Has delivered the models of production grade using the following ML techniques.

• Linear regression
• Logistic regression
• Tree based models (RF)
• XGBoost, Bagging and boosting models.
• Time series
• Ensemble methods
• NLP

Deep Learning use cases and algorithms:

Should have hands experience in using any of the following DL frameworks:

• Tensor flow
• Pytorch
• Keras

Algorithms:

should have worked and managed any of the following DL algorithms in any of the projects.

• RNN based networks (RNN, LSTM, fastRNN, etc.)
• CNNs
• Autoencoders

Programming Languages: R, Python, SQL

Data Visualization: Tableau, Matplotlib, Plotly.

Cloud: should be able to manage the ML life cycle in any of the following cloud ecosystems.

• AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform

ML life cycle management:

Should have managed the model life cycle involving the following

• Creating model registry and running many experiments
• Model evaluation using different metrics
• Deploying the models for both Real time and batch consumption.
• Track, version, and manage machine learning experiments

Build Monitoring solution for drift detection

• Monitoring the model for its decay using concept drift and data drift.
• Implement A/B testing
• Recalibrate the model based on the model decay and redeploy.
