Roles/Responsibilities

• Deliver company results that encourage change management
• Implement cutting-edge technology like advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to boost our business's productivity.
• Use data architecture and data science tools to make and carry out decisions that will help you solve important business problems and accomplish your goals.

Required Skills

• A minimum of five years of comprehensive expertise in the fields of AI, machine learning, data science, and advanced data analytics in the sales and marketing domain.
• Understanding of and practical experience with the frameworks and best practices used in advanced data analytics and data mining.
• Hands-on experience working through the whole advanced data analytics process, including data extraction, EDA, preprocessing, creating, testing, and deploying predictive models.
• Python programming experience as a Data Scientist of at least 5 years, including building classes, functions, and objects utilizing libraries like NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, SciKit-Learn, Seaborn, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Japanese proficiency at the native level and English fluency at the business level or higher.

Preferred Skills

• The ability to build the future ideal state of Data Analytics in it by experience or understanding of the pharmaceutical commercial business and data sources (such as prescription and sales data, patient claims data, promotional data, etc.)
