Responsibilities

• Lead machine learning-based solutions to the company's AI product from research to production.
• Connect relevant solutions and algorithmic approaches to unstructured problems and customer requests.
• Lead research efforts with strong quantitative rigor to produce and evaluate material impact.
• Lead the development and productionisation of tools to allow effective analytics, statistical modeling and faster development of company solutions.
• Create algorithmic prototypes and transform them into shippable features and models in the fields of: causal machine learning, transfer learning, fairness, explainability and more.

Job requirements

• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Experience with Python
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience building machine/Deep learning solutions
• Experience in mentoring other data scientists
• Experience with Recommendation systems / Prediction / NLP / Text
• Experience with medical datasets- an advantage
