Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, clean, and verify the integrity of terabytes of streaming data used for cybersecurity monitoring and detection.
• Extract statistical relationships from large data sets using data mining techniques and machine learning algorithms.
• Partner with security analysts to develop, validate, and test supervised and unsupervised predictive models.
• Coordinate the reporting and visualization of security incident data.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science
• 2+ years of related work experience, such as data analysis, predictive modeling, statistical testing
• Experience with Python or equivalent
• Experience with databases or clusters
• Good knowledge of applied mathematics and statistics
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms is a plus
• Understanding of security frameworks e.g. ATT&CK is a plus
• Experience with Git or version control is a plus
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
