Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
Insights Interpretation and collaboration:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and analyze business intelligence needs.
To drive and offer e-Commerce data analytics (e.g. sales, traffic, conversion rate performance) utilizing analytic tools.
Suggest data driven optimization to business strategies through extracting and analyzing multiple data sources and turning them into actionable business insight.
Monitor and quantify & optimize the effectiveness of the consumer journey.
Develop forecasting model based on historical data seasonality & business variables.
Collaborate and partner with Consumer Journey to analyze and improve customer journey and implement deliverables which facilitate business growth and maximized consumer-experience.
Reporting:
Provide campaign performance reporting and relevant metrics and recommendation for optimization.
Develop the appropriate reporting tools and review cadence to enable productive ongoing analysis of digital marketing program performance and key learnings to inform real-time optimizations and budget allocations
Define & maintain daily ecommerce KPI reports to all key stakeholders.
Automate reporting process wherever needed/possible
Key Requirement:
Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (IT, Software), Statistic, Ecommerce or any related field.
Excellent academic understanding and results on statistical knowledge is highly desired.
Min. 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience. Having Ecommerce background would be a plus point.
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing data.
Strong knowledge in Python, SQL database & PowerBI dashboard.
