Work as an integral entity within the cross discipline unit in Dubai to unearth solutions for clients either within or outside of the Merkle CXM product portfolio.
Strong working knowledge of tools and programming languages like Tableau, R, Python, Excel, to work efficiently at scale.
Execute quantitative analyses of data and trends to proactively deliver insights, define goals, and drive campaign / performance improvements.
Apply out of the box technical expertise to help, solve, inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions.
Create and ideate bespoke solutions and dashboards to empower operational and exploratory analysis.
Track progress against action plans and communicate outcomes and status.
Comfortable working alongside data engineers when it comes to data processing (ETL), manipulation and project management/tracking.
Good working knowledge of SQL, BQ and cloud platforms.
Ideally accredited in GAIQ, Tableau, PowerBI.
Ideally has 4-6 years experience working in media or marketing fields.
Ideally has strong PowerPoint skills and competence in written English.
Ideally has a Master’s degree in Data Science /Mathematics/ Computer Science or equivalent.
