    Job Description :

    • Work as an integral entity within the cross discipline unit in Dubai to unearth solutions for clients either within or outside of the Merkle CXM product portfolio.
    • Strong working knowledge of tools and programming languages like Tableau, R, Python, Excel, to work efficiently at scale.
    • Execute quantitative analyses of data and trends to proactively deliver insights, define goals, and drive campaign / performance improvements.
    • Apply out of the box technical expertise to help, solve, inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions.
    • Create and ideate bespoke solutions and dashboards to empower operational and exploratory analysis.
    • Track progress against action plans and communicate outcomes and status.
    • Comfortable working alongside data engineers when it comes to data processing (ETL), manipulation and project management/tracking.
    • Good working knowledge of SQL, BQ and cloud platforms.
    • Ideally accredited in GAIQ, Tableau, PowerBI.
    • Ideally has 4-6 years experience working in media or marketing fields.
    • Ideally has strong PowerPoint skills and competence in written English.
    • Ideally has a Master’s degree in Data Science /Mathematics/ Computer Science or equivalent.
