The Operations department of WM Datenservice is responsible for technical data management with around 180 employees in close cooperation with business partners. We provide the financial centre with all relevant data and information for trading, clearing, administration, investment and risk management of financial instruments. In doing so, we rely on clear and holistic product responsibility with agile procedures. Team spirit, good ideas, lean processes and implementation strength are important to us.

Tasks

You determine systemically important information on national and international corporate actions of issuers and their financial instruments

You are involved in the creation of detailed data sets as the basis for our financial products

With smart solutions, you optimize team-internal processes and programs and participate in the integration of new and optimization of existing data sources

You are "in the lead" for individual subject areas

You take responsibility for exciting projects or subprojects of the WM Data Service

You act as a competent and central point of contact in the individual service for our customers. You will communicate worldwide with professional investors and issuers from a wide variety of industries (asset managers, banks, stock exchanges, insurance companies, etc.)

Profile

You have completed training as a bank clerk or investment fund clerk and/or a degree in economics

You have knowledge of settlement, settlement, back and middle office of securities companies or financial intermediaries, stock exchanges, clearing houses

You have initial project management knowledge and experience in agile project work

You are result- and goal-oriented, have an analytical mindset and independent way of working, are motivated, have a quick comprehension, a constant willingness to learn, are assertive and have a high team orientation

You are safe in scope with MS Office especially with Excel

You have very good business English and German language skills
