Regional Collections Associate (GFSA-Lending)

12 months contract assignment

$3500 Monthly

• Collaborate with Risk team to analyze collections metrics in every country in the region and design dynamic collections strategies to improve collections metrics.
• Work on/with Collections Software, Dialer and collections decision engine to design and deploy collections strategies
• Support Collection strategy manager in the implementation of new projects/strategies in key markets as well as change requests.
• Perform maintenance and optimization of collections strategies and activities
• Collaborate with Data analytics, Data science, Product / Tech and engineering teams to ensure collections readiness for all new product launches and tech upgrades.
• Assist in new technology launches, audit processes, collections operations.
• End to end UAT of strategies, new product version launches and ensuring Production readiness.

The must haves:

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably Business/Data analytics, or computing
• At least 1 year relevant work experience in Data analytics, strategy execution
• Ability to setup and test strategies/flows using decision engine-based tools.
• Good testing skills- Write country / product specific test scripts. Ability to do UAT for each phase, sanity testing after every package deployment.
• Monitor strategies and ensure operations are up and running in all countries.
• Maintain and track system events, country level activities, campaigns, user profiles, licenses, system configuration, issue logs and other configurations.
• Ability to work in an ever-changing environment. Ability to work with many stake holders belonging to different countries and departments.
• Strengths in problem solving, ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SQL (MSSQL is good to have), data analysis
• Good documentation skills – MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and tools to make flowcharts.
