Job Description :

Our GHG (Global Employer Services) team brings together nearly 150 professionals specialized in personal taxation and international mobility of natural persons.

This team works in coordination with the global GHG service line which has more than 7,100 professionals in more than 150 countries.

You will be in charge of the optimization, evolution and continuous improvement of internal processes in the interest of operational excellence

Implementation and management of business processes including tax processes, administrative processes, technology management, immigration processes, business solutions etc...

Regular benchmarking and use of collected data in decision-oriented solutions;

Management of several projects with cross-functional teams within the firm;

Dedicated monitoring of performance indicators;

Use of new technological tools;

Assistance in the construction of the specifications of the functional and commercial requirements of new commercial/digital solutions;

Assistance with testing of selected new solutions and assistance with implementation;

Management of change management thanks to good communication around the changes made.

Your profile

Graduate of a Bac + 5 from business school or university.

Your rigor, your analytical and synthesis skills as well as your relational adaptability will be essential assets to succeed in this position.

You have a good project management capability in a complex environment composed of many interlocutors.

You have a good command of Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, macros, complex formulas) and Powerpoint.

As our client portfolio is partly composed of international groups, a fluent level of English and knowledge of legal vocabulary are decisive.
