o Conduct testing of sample applications, websites, and software to assess user experience and ease of design
o Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences Build storyboards/wireframes to conceptualize designs to accurately convey project plans

o Create surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on users ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on applications and products,

o Design the aesthetics to be implemented within an application or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts allowing for interface edits as needed
o Analyze customer responses and website data to exa20+ brands catering to 50+ disease areas! The team of Novartis specialists within Insights Analytics are on a data and digital transformation journey, using analytics to generate impactful insights for Novartis medicines impacting more than 500 million patients worldwide. The team is poised to enable easier, faster and reliable decisions for Novartis divisions across the globe.
