    What are We Looking For?

    Vulnerability and Threat Management is a global team of Security practitioners dedicatedly working towards implementing and managing enterprise vulnerability tools and processes in on-premise and cloud environments, to reduce technical risks due to vulnerabilities. This includes identifying and evaluating vulnerabilities and supporting remediation activities.

    Vulnerability and Threat Analyst proactively support work force diversity. The best candidate shall be selected based on their skills and ability to work within the Vulnerability and Threat Management Team regardless of their gender, age, religion, race or education. As a Vulnerability & Threat Analyst, your duties are to work with DevOps team to help remediate identified Security risks at different stages of code development, applications and infra level.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reviews the latest alerts to determine relevancy and urgency
    • Conduct and/or support authorized Vulnerability management on enterprise network assets
    • Perform penetration testing as required for new or updated applications
    • Collaborate with other internal and external partner organizations on target access and operational issues
    • Conduct independent in-depth target and technical analysis including target-specific information (e.g., cultural, organizational, political) that results in access
    • Maintain awareness of advancements in hardware and software technologies (e.g., attend training or conferences, reading) and their potential implications
    • Communicate new developments, breakthroughs, challenges and lessons learned to leadership, and internal and external customers
    • Experience with Tools like BurpSuite - Professional & Enterprise, Nessus etc.,
    • Ready to work with a global, multicultural team spread across time zones and geographies
       

    Mandatory Skills & Technical Competencies:

    • Proficient in written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences
    • Knowledge of computer networks and protocols
    • Microsoft, LINUX, and Macintosh operating systems
    • Virtualization software tools
    • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PHP, Perl, Python, PowerShell or Bash. Cybersecurity principles
    • Manual and automated vulnerability assessment tools and techniques
    • Conducting vulnerability scans and recognizing vulnerabilities in security systems
    • Operational impact of cybersecurity lapses.
    • Identifying vulnerabilities and evaluating risk
    • Use of penetration testing tools and techniques
    • Use of Social engineering techniques
    • Proficient in performing Impact/Risk assessments
       

    Experience & Expertise:

    • 4 to 8 years of professional experience of Vulnerability Assessment and penetration testing experience
    • Cyber Security Certification ( CEH, etc.) are added advantage
