The Security Incident Analyst provides day to day Level 2 information security operations support for JM’s enterprise IT infrastructure. Individuals will be working closely with L3 Global SecOps team in identifying and managing information security risks in complex or critical scenarios.
The individual maintains the security landscape of the JM ‘s enterprise IT infrastructure services and the technologies supporting these services. This includes monitoring of the environments and security toolset; responding to service requests, security incidents, change requests, and problem management.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation and technical support; including planning, installation, ongoing management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and decommissioning.
Analysis, troubleshooting and implementing approved and standardized resolutions.
Adhering to and executing the approved BCP/DR process.
Supporting L3 teams in updating documentation and keeping it up to date in line with JM standards and policies.
Sharing of gained knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions.
Acting in accordance to the company’s Policies, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
