ALBS is an Air Liquide entity in Kuala Lumpur, regrouping for the APAC scope its Business Service Centers (Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai) as well as the two Global Functions (IT, Digital and Procurement).

Entity and activity description

Air Liquide IT: The Group launched an overhaul of its IT services, to simultaneously improve and world security, competitiveness and agility. This results in a changing IT organizations with infrastructure services and IT production which will now be managed globally by a central department called GIO (Global Infrastructure Operations) and business applications that will be supported by dedicated departments, called BIS (Business Information Systems) for each business line and relevant geographies.

Missions

Within Air Liquide IT, in the Global Infrastructure Operations (GIO) entity, in the Security and

Services / Identity Access Management department, the expert will join the ADAS team (Aka

Active Directory & Authentication Services) and will support an incoming project for CyberArk

Extension on Asia Pacific Area. This team is mainly based in France with 7 experts plus a level 2

managed service based in Morocco. You will be based in Kuala Lumpur (we guess) and be part

of this team. You will work on two topics:

Topic 1 : CyberArk Extension Project support

This project aims to extend the existing CyberArk solution already implemented on GIO Hub

Europe and North America labeled “AdminPass” to the Asia Pacific area. The infrastructure

extension will be implemented and managed/supported by ADAS Team. A dedicated project

team will manage the onboarding phases of NA assets for GIO Hub APAC.

Your missions on this project will be :

• Implement the AdminPass solution in the Asia Pacific area in cooperation with ADAS Teams
• Support project team in charge of Asia Pacific onboarding
• Report to HPA extension project team and AdminPass run team
• Follow process and operation procedure / rules established
• Write, review, update processes and documents
• Train support team members L2 and/or L3
• Train / help customers for a Cyberark good usage

Topic 2 : IT Operations

Be part of the ADAS team as an expert on CyberArk mainly but not only

Your missions as a L3 member will be :

• Provide a global support package of AdminPass (CyberArk), Infrastructure hosting Group Active Directory, Federation Solution, PKI, Radius and Strong Authentication.
• Optimization of tools used by Administrators to manage ADAS services (AD, PKI, Radius, Federation, Strong Authentication,.)
• Support to our customers
• Support to internal projets
• Ensure of good service quality level delivered by our team to our customers In order to successfully complete this mission, you will be responsible of those elements:
• Analyse and evaluate internal or external customer requests
• Develop / update / upgrade ADAS services
• Ensure availability and integrity of information in different systems
• Support the maintenance and evolution of ADAS solutions : CyberArk, AD, PKI, Radius, Federation, Strong Authentication.. (Functional Specification, Technical, Upgrades, …)
• Assist application owners and experts to connect their systems to our solutions
• Define and set optimised and efficient IT process
• Ensure SLA of our services
• Ensure the compliance of IT process (KPI and Reporting)
• Ensure customer satisfaction for our services (support and assistance)

important as, within ADAS, we are speaking with one voice. Members are used to helping each

other in order to challenge their skills and share their knowledge.

The ADAS team helps customers to add security on their solutions whatever they are on prem or

in the Cloud.

Our objective is to interconnect their systems to Authentication (though Active Directory,

Federation and PKI services) and PAM Access (CyberAr) smoothly.

Qualifications Requirements

• 2 years IT experience in PAM (Privilege access Management) CyberArk
• 5 years IT experience in architecture management Active Directory
• Certified CyberArk L2 Defender (Minimum)
• General Knowledge of Information Systems and Computer Trades
• Mastering Windows Environments at least 2012R2 / CyberArk / PowerShell
• Theoretical and operational knowledge of IT organizations
• Mastering Active Directory administration tools
• Mastering authentication and federation protocols
• Passion and enthusiasm
• Customer orientation and teamwork taste
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate to different target audiences essential in an international work context.
• Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution to complex problems
• Excellent organizational skills
