Role:

• Cyber Security Project Manager for Automotive/ connected products spanning across Connected vehicles, IoT solutions , Industrial Automation etc.
• Leading a team of 10+ cyber security associates for meeting targets of cyber security building block implementations
• Define and Lead one of the major mega trend and growing topic in cyber area
• Energetic leadership by providing hands-on guidance to the project team on technical topics as part of steering the projects to success
• Track project status and review project management plan with Management
• Responsible for requirement, stakeholder, resource, change, competency and risk management
• Proactively engage with cross divisional teams and international/intercultural stakeholders on security topics
• Evaluate and take decision on cyber security quality, cost and delivery proposals provided by security architects

What The Person Brings In

• At least 1-3 years of prior experience as a project lead handling single or multiple software development projects
• Value added leadership with technical content as well as coaching skills
• Demonstrated strategic thinking which helps in business growth, efficiency improvement and adapting to futuristic technologies
• A technical mindset to understand cyber security primitives like cryptographic, encryption algorithms etc.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art security concepts such as secure communication, secure boot, secure flashing etc.
• Exposure/know-how in SW integration, integration testing for automotive project developments will be an added advantage
• Experience in Project Management Tools (Scheduling, Defect Tracking, Metrics)
• Experience in change management and version management tools , DevOps
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Experience: Min 8+ years in total Max 12 years

Qualification: BE / BTech E&C, E&E
