Your mission - You are responsible for and manage projects to develop a cyber strategy. To this end, you control the project team and, among other things, lead the analysis of the current maturity level of the security organization across all cyber areas with the help of common standards.

Exciting tasks - The definition of the security strategy and the development of customer-specific and global target operating models across all security areas is your responsibility.

Challenges - You will lead the further development of our market-oriented product and service range and work closely with the executive levels of our customers. Setting up and implementing global transformation programs will be your challenge. This includes budget planning, controlling and program control as well as the management of individual subprojects and interface control.

Teamwork - You will work closely with our security teams and support them in the operational implementation of the created concepts. In addition to process and organizational design, the focus is also on the definition of an enterprise security target architecture.

Your profile

You have a degree in STEM, economics or similar studies or a comparable qualification.

You have at least 5 years of professional experience in cyber security management and strategy development at Fortune 500 clients.

You have extensive knowledge of cyber topics as well as expert knowledge of common cyber security standards (e.g.ISO 27001, NIST, ISF).

Your extensive experience in project and program management distinguishes you. In addition, you have professional certifications (e.g. CISM, ISO 27001 or CISSP). Conceptual thinking and working is your strength.

With your excellent methodological competence in strategy and organizational consulting as well as with an interdisciplinary way of working, you stand out.

You convince with your excellent communication skills. Very good english and German skills are a matter of course for you.

Your proactive engagement sets you apart. A willingness to travel is also available.
