    Inviting applications for the Policy Controls Analyst

    Responsibilities:

    • Experience in documentation of IT risks, associated controls, findings and remediation plans to improve overall security posture
    • Assess control requirements and fitment to objectives and document findings
    • Understand the controls’ objective, interpret the control requirement, perform attestation and capture the conformance results through detailed documentation
    • Validate the artefacts and evidence to ensure completeness and accuracy of final documentation
    • Should have deep understanding of IT General Controls and well versed with governance frameworks
    • Contribute to on-going projects as needed to improve controls environment and efficacy of related controls
    • Evaluate audit findings and recommend changes in control or policies to address the gaps
    • Update knowledgebase and documentation to stay relevant and bring the team up to speed on latest control requirements and associated changes including creating process flow documents and SOP’s
    • Maintain documentation of work papers in a central repository and ensure completeness and accuracy of all documentation
    • Document findings and explain the rationale and associated risk of finding, follow up for remediation plans and re-test remediated findings
    • Keep the dashboards, metrics, and master deck up to date with latest results
    • Update all document repositories related to Confluence, SharePoint and Risk Register and work papers
    • Ensure strict governance and periodic report to the changes to the control repository
    • Work in collaboration with the IT risk and Governance Leader to perform IT risk assessment to identify potential weaknesses and create value added, relevant solutions that address internal control needs
    • Project management: Day to day tracking, analysis and reporting progress
    • Flexible to work in US Shifts
    • Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
    • Ability to work independently and prepare Dashboards and Reports
    • Experience of working independently & as a team player
    • Should have a proactive work approach and ability to think outside the box
    • Provide detailed reporting as defined with program / project lead
    • Support and lead data analysis activities and projects
    • Additional supporting tasks as directed by program / project lead
    • Ability to work independently and prepare Dashboards and Reports
    • Experience of working independently and as a team player
    • Good written and verbal communication
    • Good problem-solving skills.

    Technical Requirement

    • Good knowledge on Windows and Linux
    • Certification in ITIL, ISO27001
    • Strong knowledge of ITGC and controls assessment
    • Perform detailed analysis and review to support defined requirements, including tests of control design and effectiveness for applications, databases, and the general computing environment
    • Good understanding on Agile methodology and implementation

    Minimum qualification:

    • Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
    • Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role.
    • In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem-solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
    • Knowledge on ITIL Service Management framework
