Job Description :

Key Roles:

• Responsible for all operations that involved the development and support of IT function and ensuring system and networking is in optimal performance to meet the organization’s IT needs.
• Keeping up-to-date with the recent technologies, and provide input and recommendations to the organization.
• To implement and ensure IT security management system are sufficient and in place in order to protect information confidentiality and IT assets against all internal, external, deliberate and accidental threats
• To support end-users with IT-related problems in a responsive and service-oriented manner.
• To collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in aligning IT projects & initiatives with business priorities.
• To maintain hardware and software maintenance agreements to ensure integrity of operations processes.
• To review and responsible for the implementation of efficient IT policies & procedures.
• To train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed.
• Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget.
• Able to handle and solve ad-hoc problems if required.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field
• At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience related to IT (Software & Hardware)
• Possessed SAP working experience
• A self-driven leader with proven capabilities in managing and leading a team
• Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Support experience with various operating systems
• Strong problem solving and analysis skills
