Proposals for OT cybersecurity engineering and construction services delivered to onshore and offshore business projects;
Proposals for IT cybersecurity services delivered to support business projects (e.g. setup of new construction sites, creation of secured areas for customers hosted in Technip Energies’ Operations Centers);
Proposals for IT transformation projects.
PROJECTS
In accordance to the different type of proposal, the Cybersecurity Project Manager is responsible for projects governance relating the following kinds of projects:
Delivering of OT cybersecurity engineering and construction services for onshore and offshore business projects;
Delivering of IT cybersecurity architectures, systems and documentation to support business projects;
Delivering of IT cybersecurity architectures, systems and documentation relating IT transformation projects;
Delivering activities required by cybersecurity incident response;
Audit and certification management at local, regional and global scale.
Main Accountabilities
Delivering proposals and controlling projects, in accordance to the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance function (Information Security Department);
project management in terms of safety, cost, time and quality (theoretically no limit in budget);
lead certification program at local, regional and global level as project;
participating in the definition and maintenance of the standards and methodologies to manage proposals and projects;
participating in the definition and maintenance of the standards and methodologies for information and cyber security;
securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects;
Within the scope of the followed projects keeping track of planned, actual and forecast charge;
managing the relationship with internal and external stakeholders;
supporting Cyber Risk Management team designing risk mitigation plans;
responsible for calculating and providing production KPIs (proposals and projects execution indicators) to line manager.
About You
Education: Computer Science, Management, Engineering or equivalent degree.
Certifications: a Project Management certification or equivalent is a plus.
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in coordination or management level;
experience in Oil and Gas business;
experience in proposal preparation, technical specification writing and reporting.
Technical Skills
Understanding of Information and Operational Technology (IT / OT);
Knowledge of information security and cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ISO / IEC 62443.
Understanding of information and cyber security;
knowledge and practice of project management methodologies and techniques;
Understanding of cyber risk in the industrial environments;
