    Job Description:

     

    • Conduct formal and systematic reviews of any EHS and Security measurable data such as incidents, shrinkage, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and etc
    • Track Safety and security audit findings and the status of the action items
    • Work with respective departments to coordinate, implement and maintain EHS and Security program and control
    • Provide hazard analysis from HIRARC and create program customization, training and support to industrial activities within the fulfillment center
    • Establish, implement and maintain the security risk assessment on a quarterly basis and when is required
    • Study and analyze on the potential impacts of the current statistics data and propose the preventive and corrective actions for a continual improvement
    • Manage the MIRAI dashboard, Theft Incident Record, Accident Statistic Record, Legal Register Compliance, HIRARC dashboard and Security Risk dashboard
    • Perform security incident investigation and come out with relevant improvement plan
    • Keep on track daily, weekly and monthly TAPA FSR monitoring control records (CCTV, 3PL Registration, System Verification, Physical Check) & perform the rectification program if required
    • Maintains log sheets, inspection records, computer monitoring data, and other record-keeping systems as required by the specific program areas
    • Issue security monthly report with details and comprehensive reportable data.
    • Assisting on floor security management with the manned security services provider.

     

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

     

    • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
    • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Strong record-keeping and project management skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills and leadership
    • Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external parties
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
