• has the ability to work autonomously, manage stakeholders, and deliver on multiple streams of work simultaneously
• has experience working in a project environment, is delivery focussed, and experienced in an agile methodology
• has the ability to communicate difficult and abstract concepts to stakeholders of varying levels of maturity
• has had exposure to data governance
• has experience working/delivering projects involving a significant privacy components or has experience in data privacy PIA’s, policies & standards
• has experience of working in projects involving important data governance/management components
• has experience of working across technology, and cyber security teams

A day in the life of a Data Governance & Privacy Enablement Officer @ Endeavour Group...

• Lead requirements gathering sessions, document business needs, validate and prioritise requirements against strategic goals and project objectives
• Facilitate process review, documentation and re-engineering to meet project and team strategy, organise and manage small projects and enhancement work efforts
• Manage the end to end delivery of the strategic programs by working alongside other members of the data governance and privacy team, work to uplift the group-wide Endeavour data culture and capabilities.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• At least five years experience in a data and or privacy-related analyst role within a large organisation or consulting firm
• Delivery experience as a lead or membership of project teams
• Stakeholder management across business units
• Experience in implementing frameworks, policies, processes, and transformational agendas in large organisations
• Privacy, Data and analytics project delivery experience.
