Job Description :

• Support CGS customers across the design, development, configuration, integration, testing, assessment, and deployment of cybersecurity tools capabilities.
• Provide technical assistance with the management, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting, of enterprise-wide cyber tools ensuring that any issues that may adversely impact their capabilities are identified, properly mitigated, and promptly resolved.
• Perform assessments of tools and identify where those resources deviate from acceptable configurations or policies.
• Develop innovative solutions to assist customers with preventing adversary network threats, identifying advanced attack vectors and thwarting methods of exploitation.
• Implement security measures that protects customer’s ecosystem while maintaining cognizance of the lifecycle of the emerging threats, attack vectors and methods of adversary exploitation.
• Implement and conduct engineering activities in accordance with the customers’ organization's relevant approved processes, technical operations, and strategic vision.
• Assist the customer with utilizing, configuring, and implementing leading industry cyber defense capabilities including web content filters, email security capabilities, IDM, IDS, IPS, HBSS, SIEM, DNS, fingerprinting, pen testing and scanning tools. security practices, advanced log analysis, network monitoring, network flow analysis, packet capture analysis, network proxies, firewalls, anti-virus capabilities, Linux/UNIX command line, and access control lists to protect, defend the Government Customer’s mission-space.
• Assist other team members in other specialties as needed to accomplish the overall mission.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• 8-10+ years related experience.
• Extensive experience with the design, development, configuration, integration, testing, assessment, and deployment of cybersecurity tools capabilities.
• Extensive experience with the design, develop, direct, and implement enterprise network cyber defense capabilities to prevent cyber threats and vulnerabilities
• Experience implementing security measures to protect Government mission space areas
• Extensive experience with privileged/elevated access with cybersecurity tools
• Experience with Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E)
• Experience with cloud services, including AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with big data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and/or anomaly detection
• Powerful analytical and problem-solving skills – including the ability to develop solutions in new and creative ways.
• Ability to combine knowledge and expertise from diverse areas in new/unique ways to solve problems.
• Strong ability to lead disparate teams from different groups form consensus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to brief senior executives with little notice.
• Comfortable in a fast paced/dynamic environment.
• Ability to function in an action officer type role when needed.
• ISC2, Isaca and SANS certification is required (At least one of the following- CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP and CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is highly desired
