Job Description :

Our client is one of the leading firms in the Security consultancy industry seeking a junior cyber security specialist. You are responsible to identify gaps in the security network, implementing appropriate security measures, and quickly responding to threats before they affect business activities.

Tasks

• Designing and implementing security networks and protocols;
• Inspecting and upgrading hardware to avoid vulnerability points;
• Upgrading security software on company systems;
• Inspecting and testing the security of the network;
• Running penetration tests on upgraded systems;
• Inspecting and upgrading hardware to avoid vulnerability points;
• Upgrading security software on company systems;
• Responding to security threats;
• Drafting security policies and guidelines;

Requirements

• Bachelor's in computer science, information technology, or a related field;
• Knowledge of security frameworks and risk management;
• On-call network troubleshooting;
• Implementing and maintaining detection systems, firewalls, and prevention systems;
• Oustanding analytical problem-solving skills;
• Understanding of how hackers work;
• Ability to keep up with the fast pace of change in the criminal cyber-underworld;
• Ability to seek out vulnerabilities in IT infrastructures;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
