Assist to design and implement our next generation of IAM services that add business value and reduce the risk to the organization
Collaborate with the Business Stakeholders, Application Owners, Infrastructure teams and Enterprise Architects to define, implement, and support Role Based Access Controls.
Identify opportunities and implement automation for repetitive and time sensitive access management processes to accelerate turnaround, realize effort savings, and eliminate the human error factor.
To advise and guide the organization in all aspects of IAM implementation and ongoing operation
Review and comply with all relevant and applicable regulations as they relate to IAM
Develop and document IAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
Serve as the subject matter expert in all IAM principles and technologies
Create and conduct training for staff on the use of IAM related tools and processes
Assist to provide IAM solution to enterprise platforms (include cloud platform).
Support and assist all IAM related governance and audits initiatives.
Knowledge & Experience
Minimum 3 - 7 years’ experience in a cybersecurity role
Experience in the security administration/IAM/security operations area.
Knowledge of best practice concepts.
Knowledge of and experience with AD administration and IAM systems
Responsible for all IAM incident resolution and incident management.
Application security experience (SSO, Federation (SAML, OpenID, OAuth2, OIDC) and Multi factor authentication
