Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

• Helping to develop and increase employee awareness and education.
• Ensuring that the appropriate security controls are in place and effective.
• Identify, and recommend policies, procedures and technologies to continuously improve our ability to protect our organisation, customers and patients.
• Provide Security Risk Management advise and expertise in order to prioritise and manage risk.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of what’s going on around the world and in the organisation to quickly and accurately assess potential threats.

About You

You will be a motivated, self-starting, passionate person who has a strong desire to build a career in cyber security. When you see something that seems out of the ordinary you will investigate and understand if there is more to it and similar events. You will be confident to interact with stakeholders at all levels and be motivated to share your knowledge across the business. You should be someone who keeps up to date and current with security trends and threats and able to think quickly and analytically.

Skills and Experience

• 4+ years' experience as a Cyber Security Analyst, System Administrator or similar role
• Previous experience in a data protection role or similar
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• An eye for detail and technical understanding of networks & operating systems.
• Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) - A preference but not necessary
