Where Do You Fit In?
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Cyber Security Engineer Honeywell Connected Enterprises to be based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will oversee the successful deployment and support of Honeywell NextNine s production solutions at our worldwide customer base, working closely with R&D to support software releases, ensure faultless implementations, and maximize customer satisfaction levels.
What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?
Deploying and managing customer production environments.
Taking ownership of technical issues while collaborating with R&D engineers, technical account managers and product management.
Investigating support cases, performing root cause analysis, and offering in-depth solutions.
Installation and upgrade system components in both development and production environments.
Developing processes and automation tools for the support team.
What Skills and Experience Will You Have?
Bachelor s degree in a computer related field such as Computer Science, Computer information systems, electronics
Proven previous experience in Network Systems Engineering.
Knowledge in networking.
Knowledge in IT.
Knowledge of scripting, Perl, VB and Oracle stored procedures.
Knowledge of Oracle DB.
Working with Linux, Unix.
Experience with web applications, Web Services and .Net applications, Apache Tomcat.
Experience in customer support
Results oriented
Confident ability to work with minimal supervision
Open minded- Integrative thinker
Effective communicator
Customer service orientated
