KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and own the strategy of the various product portfolios that focuses on Network Security Services.
Manage all aspects of ongoing product management, including product design and pricing, competitive positioning, performance, and cost effectiveness
Identify new product concepts and extension opportunities by assessing the market needs, technology trends, and competitive environment over the upcoming 12-18 months.
Establish customer metrics for product launches and identify success and areas of improvement.
Manage new and existing product lifecycles from strategic planning and tactical activities.
Ensure that interactions with other functions is within TM ONE and TM Group is synergistic, building and leveraging multi-functional relationship so that product implementations are delivered seamlessly.
Develop and deliver AOP targets for product portfolios that are in line with revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets of TM ONE.
Deliver a deep understanding of market needs mainly from interaction within internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams within TM ONE.
Drives continuous performance improvement towards the achievements of KPIs set by industry benchmarks and internal aspirations.
Proactively deliver improvements in terms of processes and production models of the organizations towards driving lower costs and process efficiencies.
Improve in-house product development capabilities.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security and Assurance, Network Security, IT/Software Engineering, Information Technology Management or equivalent.
Professional Cert: Cybersecurity certification (ITIL, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, CCNP, CISA, CISM), will be an added advantage.
