Job Description :

The ZOHO Software Developer is responsible for developing software solutions on ZOHO Suite Apps and implementing multiple domain knowledge. The role entails supporting the Operations Manager and other department heads in the implementation of new software solutions with the aim of streamlining processes and improving departmental performance.

Responsibilities

· Understanding software requirements and mapping them to ZOHO products and features

· Completing SDLC and shipping the qualitative product to end recipients

· Proactively monitoring the system, identifying issues, and finding appropriate solutions in a timely manner

· Keeping up to date knowledge of following ZOHO products: ZOHO One, ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Creator, ZOHO People, ZOHO Flow, ZOHO Analytics, ZOHO Desk, ZOHO Forms

· Well versed with: Deluge Script, Rest APIs, Integration with ZOHO Apps and Third-Party Platforms (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

· Reporting any system issue to the Operations Manager and Senior ZOHO Software Developer

· Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications & skills

· Full English proficiency is required

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Full computer literacy is required

· ZOHO Creator Certification Highly Preferable

· Full Deluge Script proficiency is pivotal

· Basic knowledge of Web Development (WordPress, PHP or NodeJS) and SQL

Experience

· Demonstrated experience with Implementations, Custom Functions, Integration

· Minimum 2 years demonstrated work experience with ZOHO Creator, ZOHO People, ZOHO Books, ZOHO CRM

· Work experience with Deluge Script is highly advantageous
