About Our Client

• The client is a foreign company looking to expand and renew their business, as they have acquired a new entity in Japan and looking to integrate it into the system
• Their office is in central Tokyo, with easy access and diverse environment
   

Job Description

• Work with stakeholders to define IT strategy, goals and gather requirements from clients
• Lead and undertake all development work related to improving, expanding the IT systems, data usage and customer tools. 
• Troubleshoot system issues when necessary (data failures, connection issues)
• Ensure the security of the networks and customer information
   

The Successful Applicant

• A proactive candidate who is eager to face clients, gather requirements and work in a diversed team
• A bilingual with Japanese and English linguistic abilities.
• Capability to manage all IT and systems vendors (AWS, Znalytics, and web domain hosts)
• Ability to develop and maintain all data links (APIs, data scraping, etc) with counterparties (utilities, CIS system, OCCTO, markets, etc)
