Troubleshooting, maintaining, and monitoring the performance of websites
Program analysis, coding, testing, developing, debugging, support, and maintenance
Construct user guides and documentation, educate/provide training to client
Provide technical support including web server administration, network operations, and configuration, backup/recovery, and database administration (Website Backend Support).
Stay updated with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
Responsible for web page's UX design and third-party integration
Support the team in all phases of the website development lifecycle including; analysis, design, deliver of functionality, testing, and support.
Provide effective solutions, handle multiple projects efficiently & deliver on time
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time to time
Job Requirements
Must be specialized in WordPress & Web Development.
Experience in web development and scripting using WordPress, HTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Dreamweaver, PHP, and MYSQL
Must have knowledge/experience in Website Backend Support
Strong learning skills in advanced web technology, third party framework, payment gateway & etc
Understanding of the web technology stack e.g. HTTP, SSL, security, cookies, caches, assets, hosting
Experience in similar industries (Ads & Digital)
Strong problem solving, great logic, and analytical skills
A flexible approach and ability to adapt to dynamic changes
Ability to work under own initiative, and work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent in organization skill and time management
Experience in educating/train customers in managing websites will be added advantage
Ability to communicate and work in a team
Preferable Mandarin Speaker (communicate with clients)
