    UX Researcher

     

    We’re looking for a UX Researcher to join the Design Team at Tridge. As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for uncovering our users’ needs and pain points through rigorous and systematic research processes. You will work on different research projects to help us develop a holistic understanding of our users. Most importantly, you will also be the driving force who advocates for our users’ needs across the organization.

     

    The ideal candidate for this role is a sharp critical thinker with an exceptional people-oriented mindset and the natural ability to work collaboratively with different teams and people. If you are someone who loves to understand how people think or feel, find patterns from research evidence, analyze data to uncover new opportunities, and feel genuinely happy when you can obtain undisputable user insights that can make an impact on a team or a company, then this role is perfect for you.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand research needs

    • Define research questions and select appropriate methods of data collection

    • Develop budgets and timelines for research projects

    • Recruit participants for research studies

    • Conduct research studies and analyze the data collected

    • Transform findings into easily understandable insights

    • Present findings to designers, developers, and other stakeholders

    • Build a holistic understanding of different user types, needs, and expectations

    • Advocate for user needs whenever possible

    • Drive alignment and understanding of users across the organization

    • Build and maintain a research repository for easy access to findings and pieces of evidence

    • Create and publish periodic user insight reports for sharing with key stakeholders

     

    Qualifications

     

    Required

    • 2-3 years of work experience in conducting UX research, preferably in projects or studies related to digital products

    • Solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative UX research methodologies

    • Being a sharp and quick thinker with solid critical thinking skill

    • Strong sense of empathy with a customer-centric mindset

    • Strong sense of curiosity

    • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal

    • Excellent interpersonal skills

    • Excellent attention to details

    • Ability to think and work independently and collaboratively

    • Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about UX research

    • Willingness to learn, improve, and stay current on the latest UX research methodologies, tools, and industry trends

    • Being an open-minded person and a good listener

    • Being highly responsible and accountable

    • Strong work ethics

    • Professional to native English proficiency

    • Professional or native Korean proficiency

     

    Preferred

    • Expertise in data analytics or business intelligence

    • Proficiency in using product analytics, web analytics, or business intelligence tools

    • Experience building efficient and effective research workflows

    • Experience conducting UX research projects for a B2B company or solution

    • Experience conducting remote UX research studies

    • Experience working in a cross-functional environment with collaborative nature
