    Job Description :

    • Responsible for deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrade and support of ICT infrastructures, including WAN, LAN, firewall, servers, PCs, operating systems and associated hardware and software.
    • Desktop troubleshooting skills (Windows 7, 8 and 10).
    • Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with business users and monitoring of IT systems performance.
    • Manage the IT Asset Management including hardware and software license management.
    • To provide 1st level / 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop / notebook problems (hardware, software and application).
    • Be prompt and meticulous in updating of daily incidents handled into the incident management tool.
    • To be highly customer-focus and diligent towards providing good customer service.
    • Other duties such as annual DRP/BCP test and other tasks assigned.
    • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage a team when required.

    Job Requirements

    • Min. 2 years of experience, System Integrator environment preferred.
    • Proven experience in IT support services field
    • Practical skills and experience in Microsoft Windows Operations support
    • Understanding on network and server fundamentals.
    • Knowledge and exposure to IT audit will be an advantage
    • Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems

    Skills

    • Fluent in spoken and written English
    • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
    • Knowledge in Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019, XP, 7, 8, 10 environment
    • Basic knowledge in networking switches and port management
    • Capability of seeing the tasks assigned holistically, able to break-down the task in detail and follow-through end-to-end.
    • Good communication as this role needs to handle internal and external customers
    • Service oriented engineer to internal and external customer
    • Ability to provide IT training and awareness to other department users
    • Microsoft/Cisco/ITIL foundation certification a plus
    • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in deploying, migrating and managing infrastructure (Firewall/Network/Servers/Virtualization/Backup)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Solutions such as ADDS, ADFS, ADCS, SCCM, SCOM, NPS, Exchange
    • Proven experience with Implementing Firewall and VLAN environment, networking (Routing/Switching) and Next-Gen Firewall
    • Experience in Cloud Stack will be added advantage
    • Experience with System Integrator environment preferred
    • Certifications in CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE & VCP will be an added advantage
    • Practical experience in effective time management, including ability to prioritize & multitask
