Job Description :

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and training to our internal users.
• Resolve technical issues related to hardware and software configuration.
• PC hardware installation and setup with Linux OS.
• Open to working weekend shifts as needed
• Open to working non-standard schedule including a Sat-Wed or Fri-Sun weekend
• Provide internal system testing, pre-production, QA test and post deployment support.
• Mange systems and application deployment

Requirements

• Diploma or above in computer science / computer engineering / electronic engineering or related disciplines
• Familiar with Linux system installation, configuration and administration
• Preferred 1 year or above working experience related to IT operation, system administration, technical and end-user support
• System / network security and SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to learn, proactive with strong senses of responsibility
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is an advantage
• Candidate with more experience will considered as Senior System Engineer
