Our Purpose

At Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) IT we take care of digitally enabling our business partners and ensuring business continuity by developing and maintaining new IT systems.

Be it our Production systems that keep our production and operations running, our Finance systems that run our accounting and controlling processes or our Sales systems that capture customer and sales data – we at IT manage all of those.

We work closely with the business partners to accelerate digital transformation by optimizing existing systems and speed up processes through defining new approaches to business models.

Your role

• Investigating the current IT system, documenting user needs and recommending improvements
• Designing system improvements and overseeing implementation
• Testing and repairing system faults
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting systems
• Monitoring systems to ensure efficient operation
• Provide technical support for ongoing system maintenance

What you need to succeed in the role

• Five or more years of experience in system design and development
• Project lead experience
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Scala or Java
• Experience in data modeling, analysis, programming, and stored procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with a variety of different teams
• Experience for design SAP HANA system
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive company is nice to have
• Ideally a Computer Science or Engineering degree

• Japanese (business level with strong verbal & written capabilities)
