About The Company.

My client is a well-known business from the financial services sector with 200+ employees in HK. They are looking for a system analyst to join their business; and the right candidate will be responsible for leading one of the software development teams in the IT department for designing & developing their in-house platform.

About The Job.

• Responsible for the full cycle development including analyzing user requirements, design, develop, test and implement solutions across multiple technical tiers especially for backend
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and suggest workable solutions to support the group business
• Mentor and supervise juniors to ensure quality, scalable coding and provide guidance when necessary to ensure the project delivery is able to meet agreed standards
• Work closely with the rest of the development team to provide system release support and advice
• Research the latest technology trends and bring in new solutions to support innovative business initiatives

skills & experiences required.

• Associate Degree/Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• 8+ years’ hands on experience in both software design and development in .NET environment with C#/ASP.NET/VB.NET etc.
• Familiar with JavaScript, RESTful API and MS SQL Server
• Prior experience in leading/coaching a small team is a plus
• Good problem-solving skill and able to pick up new technologies
• Good at spoken both Cantonese and English is a must
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst Programmer.
