As a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer at HealthMetrics, you will be part of a dynamic team, building innovative products that are revolutionising the healthcare industry. of the development of both the front end (AngularJS but moving to React/Vue) and the backend (ASP.NET). You will be collaborating with product managers and designers to ship impressive features.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop features and improvements to HealthMetrics products in a secure, reliable, and scalable
way.
Work in a cross-functional team to ship features and improvements in an agile and iterative
environment.
Advocate for improvements in product quality, security, and performance.
Write code that adheres to our coding & engineering standards. Maintain and support these
standards.
Provide technical support on weekdays and occasional rotation for on-call (weekend or nights)
to troubleshoot product operations and urgent technical issues.
Stay up to date with the latest technology and industry trends
Propose and implement solutions to improve our internal standards and our efficiency as a
team.
Provide mentorship to team members who are fresh grads up to senior software engineers to
help them grow in technical competency and to develop their autonomy.
Design, propose, and implement scalable software architecture solutions.
Be involved with planning objectives and goals for your team.
Job Requirement:
Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively in a work environment
Possess a deep understanding of Git source control
Comfortable and adaptable working in an agile, iterative, and remote-first work environment
Passionate about web development, including technology, security, performance, and best practices
Experience in managing projects, including proposal, discussion, design solution, planning, and implementation
Design and develop highly scalable, reliable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems end to end using state-of-the-art technology
