    The Role

    We are looking for a passionate Software Test Engineer (intern) to join the Test Engineering team in our Tel-Aviv office. This is a key role that will play a vital part in our company's success as we continue to grow.

    As a Software Test Engineer (intern), you will be responsible to plan, design, maintain, develop and execute complex testing for Windows and MAC agents for a SaaS-based product. You will have an impact on the product’s quality, influence better software design, help to promote proper engineering practice, bug prevention strategies, testability, and other advanced quality concepts.

    Your day to day

    • Execute manual and automated test cases
    • Automate test flows
    • Plan, design, develop and execute complex functional tests
    • Troubleshooting complex bug scenarios, actively assisting developers to analyze and resolve various product issues.
    • Proactively and effectively communicate status, plan-of-action, and resolution of issues
    • Works effectively to deliver on planned and committed schedules
    • Foster close interface with R&D groups, Scrum Masters, PMs, and Support.

    Requirements

    • Student for B.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Systems or Electrical Engineering, or another technical field. with an 80+ average from a known institution. At least 2 years left for graduation.
    • Knowledge of Windows and MAC OSs
    • Basic programming skills in an object-oriented language and scripting languages
    • PC architecture knowledge and troubleshooting experience
    • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
    • Ability to work independently as well as on an agile team
    • Ability to take direction and complete assigned tasks
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
    • High level of initiative and self-motivation
    • Solid written and verbal communication in English

    Candidate Profile

    You have the ability and interest in working 40 hours/week maximum from our Tel Aviv, Israel office or remotely until it is safe to work in office. You are pursuing an undergraduate degree. This role is scheduled to start immediately and run through the end of October 2023.
