Conduct Business Requirements gathering for client projects.
Implement Enterprise Software Solution for large government and enterprise customers worldwide.
Prepare test plans and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
Present products & solutions to customers and prospects from C-level to end-users and all levels in between.
Contribute to the sales team in driving revenue by qualifying leads.
Answer requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) in a detailed and professional level
Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
Execute on customer proof of concepts (POCs).
Understand the business and operational goals the prospect has and recommend a solution that ensures the optimum usage and utilization of products and services.
Having a detailed knowledge of the functionality and technology of the product range.
Ensuring that all materials such as presentations and demonstrations are maintained up to date.
Troubleshooting, analyzing, and reporting product errors, failures, or malfunctions to management.
Requirement
At least 3-4 years of proven track record of presales solutioning, Software Product Implementation, requirements analysis, bid preparation/ tender responses, and solution showcasing to customer in software products.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge and experience of working with CCTV cameras and/or video analytics related products/solutions.
