Job Scope

• Conduct Business Requirements gathering for client projects.
• Implement Enterprise Software Solution for large government and enterprise customers worldwide.
• Prepare test plans and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
• Present products & solutions to customers and prospects from C-level to end-users and all levels in between.
• Contribute to the sales team in driving revenue by qualifying leads.
• Answer requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) in a detailed and professional level
• Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Execute on customer proof of concepts (POCs).
• Understand the business and operational goals the prospect has and recommend a solution that ensures the optimum usage and utilization of products and services.
• Having a detailed knowledge of the functionality and technology of the product range.
• Ensuring that all materials such as presentations and demonstrations are maintained up to date.
• Troubleshooting, analyzing, and reporting product errors, failures, or malfunctions to management.

Requirement

• At least 3-4 years of proven track record of presales solutioning, Software Product Implementation, requirements analysis, bid preparation/ tender responses, and solution showcasing to customer in software products.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and experience of working with CCTV cameras and/or video analytics related products/solutions.
