Wolters Kluwer, a Dutch multinational leader globally in the supply of information tools and software solutions for professionals in the financial, tax and legal fields, is interested in getting in touch with recent graduates in economic matters to be included within the team that deals with functional analysis related to Genya, the newborn cloud solution that allows a decisive turn to the activities and way of working of professional firms.

Genya was born from the drive of Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting Italia for innovation, efficiency, value creation for customers, but above all from the constant collaboration with them, from the incessant dialogue and from the ability to listen and interpret their desires in a technological and digital sense.

The software offers value-based services for example through predefined workflows (VAT, Balance Sheet, Tax Returns, Payroll, Official Books) or through the analysis of graphic progress of processes based on pre-established objectives or even through a clear and easy control of the progress of activities etc.

Inserted within the team of functional analysts. The candidate will have the opportunity to carry out a training course, which will allow him / her to develop useful skills to provide support in the following activities:

Analysis of the flows and functionalities of the software in line with the activities of professional firms;

Feasibility analysis of any customizations;

Testing activities to verify the correct application of the legislation on software functionality;

Relationship with external consultants for in-depth analysis and correct interpretation of tax legislation;

Interface with the software development team for the best delivery of customizations;

Proactive approach in proposing solutions to improve product delivery

In addition, you will have the opportunity to experience the organizational dynamics of a structured and dynamic multinational that operates in a constantly evolving market, developing management and relational skills towards multiple interlocutors both internal and external.

Requirements

The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the accounting field at a professional firm and / or company with consolidated knowledge of the accounting processes of companies and professionals, of the various accounting and VAT regimes, of the periodic and annual obligations related to both civil and tax. Proven experience on management products is welcome.

Degree in Economics and Business and experience in accounting;

Regulatory and technical knowledge;

Passion for technologies and good knowledge of the Office package;

Analytical thinking;

Excellent relational and communication skills;
