Job Description :

As an Engineer in the SSD Department; performing failure analysis / troubleshooting & reporting.

American producer of computer memory and computer data storage including dynamic random-access memory, flash memory, and USB flash drives.

Summary Of Role

• Perform functional testing on SSD through execution of test scripts
• Perform initial failure analysis and work with Validation engineers to resolve test failures
• Modification of functional test scripts to achieve targeted test coverage

Scope Of Work

• Execute testing of SSD on server platforms to validate functionality
• Perform debug and analysis of failures towards resolution of failures observed.
• Participate in setting up of test environment and servers in preparation for validation
• Tabulate test results and generate report for continuous firmware health monitoring
• Perform debug and evaluation towards resolution of issues

Qualifications And Skills

• Basic working knowledge with Windows or Linux.
• Experience in the debug of laptop/desktop/server systems would be an advantage
• Knowledge in Python scripting and/or experience with basic signal/power measurement equipment is preferred
• Comfortable working in an ESD-protected lab environment
