Job Description :

The Trimble Internship is a full-time summer internship that will be approximately 12 weeks and will offer flexible work arrangements. Trimble is a provider of innovative construction-specific software solutions to the global construction and capital project industries. • Provides college students the opportunity to learn and practice job-specific as well as communication and teamwork skills in a creative work environment
• Gain first-hand experience with the daily operations
• Receive hands-on experience working with teams of Engineers and Analysts with experience in industry-leading, vertical software solutions in the construction market

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• University student working towards a degree in computer science, business intelligence, or web content management. Applicants should be in their junior or higher year and plan to continue working toward a degree.
• Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Web design and hosting.

Preferred

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Software Development, Quality Assurance, or User Experience principles and practices.
• Ability to read and understand code used in typical frameworks (especially Java.)
• Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and writing SQL queries.
• Basic troubleshooting and debugging skills.
