Skillsets

• Ability to work independently without guidance as an Individual contributor.
• Good communication skill in English and agile personality to communicate with customer and other development team members.
• Good communication skill in English

Technical skills:

• Experience in requirement analysis, design, development and testing of desktop based applications.
• EXTENSIVE PROGRAMMING SKILLS in C++ and/or C#. The candidate should be willing to become an EXPERT in C++.
• Experience in trouble shooting using memory dump & log files.
• Exposure in Agile model of development (SCRUM).
• Experience of project life cycles, process, work flows.
• Experience in unit testing framework.
• Has knowledge of OOA (Object Oriented Analysis) & OOD (Object Oriented Design)

Experience Level:

• 4 to 10 years

Would be a plus:

• Experience in other programming languages, preferably python. Experience in any of the following domains: machine control, robotics, computer vision, industrial automation, Manufacturing execution system (MES), SCADA, SECS/GEM. Experience in using the C++ Standard Library and boost. Experience in WPF
• Candidate must willing to travel to other parts of the world (China, Korea etc.).
