Software Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Backend developer responsible for the development and maintenance of systems deployed to servers to be used with web browsers and native applications. Your primary focus will be the development of backend systems and their integration with other backend services. You will work alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Design, build & maintain applications for backend systems.

· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of systems & services.

· Collaborate with the team to define, design and ship new features.

· Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

· Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

· Proficient with C#.

· At least 2 years of experience in backend development with .NET Core.

· Hands-on experience working with Git.

· Practical knowledge of design patterns & architectures applied in systems development.

· Experience in working with databases (PostgreSQL is preferred).

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect client applications to backend services.

· Experience with ORM tools (EF Core preferred)
