Provide subject matter technical knowledge for on-going monitoring, maintenance, escalation and issue resolution in a 24/7 production environment.
Effectively explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences (and coach others to do the same).
Ensure governance and design standards, update and maintain technical documentation.

About You
Typically a degree, certification, qualification or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
Knowledge of and experience in component/ cloud/ web development environments.
Proven experience and ability in one or more of: Java / Spring Boot, Microservices, Data Integration and User Experience (UX) Frameworks.
Messaging/ Middleware technologies experience a plus.
Demonstrated operational monitoring and support knowledge and experience.
